To live up to Lily’s legacy, our whiskey is small batch and handmade from Louisiana corn. It’s twice distilled in traditional copper pot stills that were built locally at a century-old tinsmith shop. From start to finish, our products are made on Bayou Terrebonne and are Certified Louisiana, Certified Cajun and Certified Craft Beverage.

Good Earth
We will be releasing Good Earth later this year. Named after our parish, Terrebonne (“Good Earth” in French), this bourbon is a tribute to the Bayou Region and the hardworking, fun-loving people that call it home.

LA 1 Whiskey is so named because of its status as Louisiana’s first aged whiskey since prohibition. LA 1 contains corn for body, rye for spice, barley for balance, and local rice for sweetness.
