Bayou Terrebonne Distillers is a marsh roots company founded on the belief that honest joy is distilled from from hard work and earned victories, big or small.
Our story begins on the bank of Bayou Terrebonne during the prohibition. Our great grandmother Lillie lit a fire under a small copper pot still, igniting a family tradition. The legend goes that local revenuers turned a blind eye to Lillie’s operation because her moonshine was too damn good. To live up to that legacy, our un aged corn whiskey is twice distilled in traditional copper pot stills, contraband is made in Lillie’s defiant spirit on the very same bayou.

1 ½ oz Contraband, 1 part unsweetened tea, 1 part lemonade, served on ice in high ball glass, garnished with lemon wedge, mint leaf and cherry.
COULLION
1½ oz Contraband, coconut water, splash of pina colada mixer, served on ice in high ball glass.
JOLIE BLONDE
1 ½ oz Contraband, pineapple juice, splash of mango mixer, served on ice in high ball glass.
BAYOU MULE
1 ½ oz Contraband, 1 ½ oz lime juice, ginger beer, served on ice in copper mug, garnished with lime wedge and mint leaf.
MANNY FRESH
1 ½ oz Contraband, 3 parts cran-mango juice, 1 part lemonade, served on ice in high ball glass, garnished with lemon wedge

1 ½ oz Contraband, 1 ½ oz mint syrup, lemonade, drizzled cherry juice, served on ice in high ball glass, garnished with lemon wedge, mint leaf and cherry

3 oz Contraband, 1 ½ oz cranberry juice, ¾ oz, lime juice, ¾ oz triple sec, shaken and served chilled in martini glass, garnished with orange twist
